Furthennore, the <br />RECIPIENT hus read, understood, and accepts nil requirements contained within this Agreement. <br />This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties, and there are no other understandings or <br />representations other than as set forth, or incorporated by reference, herein. <br />No subsequent modifications or amendments to this agreement will be of any torce or eflect unless in writing, signed <br />by authorized representatives of the RECIPIENT and ECOLOGY and made a part of this agreement.
