Contract Renewal 2016·2017 <br />Initial request: <br />Doug, please review the contract from Camtek, Inc. which we'd like to renew. This agreement <br />includes all hardware provided and installed by Camtek, Inc. and the Galaxy and ONSSI <br />softwar~. Maintenance of the computer hardware provided by Kittitas County is excluded from <br />this contract. This agreement is designed for the testing and maintenance of existing equipment. <br />Please advise if this is not enough time to complete the review and I will push it back to the next <br />SOCC agenda. Thank you! <br />Latest update: <br />[:)oug Mitchell 8/23/2016 12:00:00 AM <br />Resolution: <br />Although on page 1, the contract states it is for one year, from 9/1/16, item P.3 indicates that this <br />is automatically renewed unless there is 30 days notice of cancellation. I suspect that the same <br />language was there last time. Which it is? Does this renewal even have a meaning? <br />Note that G.1 has no legal effect in Washingon under our PRA.
