This Annual Operating Plan is made and <br />agreed to as of the last date signed below and is for the estimated period beginning January 1, <br />2017 and ending December 31, 2017. <br />Previous Year Carry-over: $0 <br />Current 2017 Year Obligation: $47,960.00 <br />CY 2017 Total Annual Operating Plan: $47,960.00 <br />(*Previous year carry-over funds reflect available funds as of December1 , 2016.lfthere are any <br />outstanding or unpaid invoices, this amount and total amount may not be accurate.
