If you have already selected one of the <br />bids, please provide justifications in writing. <br />The directional and information signage as well as the trail head kiosk will be capitol asset <br />acquisitions for this project. <br />There are no bids submitted for this project. The justification for not soliciting any bids is <br />that the City of Cle Elum has a direct cost advantage in that it can provide labor and some <br />materials for these capitol assets. This places the cost of the project far below any bid that <br />would be received from the open market. <br />6. Coordination: Please explain how this project has been coordinated with other jurisdictions <br />as well as affected stakeholders. Please include letters of support from stakeholders. <br />6
