ARTICLE 32 -NEGOTIATIONS AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT <br />32.1 This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 2017 except as otherwise provided, <br />and shall remain in full force and effect through December 31, 2021. Either party may, upon five (5) <br />months notice prior to the submission of the budget, give notice to terminate or amend to the other <br />party. In the event only notice to amend is given, the Agreement shall remain in effect while the <br />parties negotiate a successor agreement. <br />32.2 Negotiations for revisions to the subsequent collective bargaining agreement will take place in <br />accordance with the following suggested schedule; provided, however, said schedule may be <br />revised by mutual agreement of the parties: <br />A. The Union and the Employer agree to meet at any time after notice (32.1) for bargaining, but no <br />later than during the month of August; and, <br />B. The parties shall establish collective bargaining sessions to commence thereafter on a mutually <br />acceptable basis; and, <br />C.
