The first <br />$10,000 of contractual cost for <br />this project will be covered by <br />County general fund allocation . <br />The remaining $15,000 of local <br />match will be provided as "in-kind " <br />contribution. It is anticipated that <br />the majority of this "in-kind" <br />contribution will come from Tasks <br />18, 1C, 10, 3A, 38 and 3C of the <br />proposed scope of work. For the <br />purposes of generating a cost <br />estimate for this project, a <br />blended billing rate has been <br />created for the planning <br />partnership as well as contract <br />consultants that will be utilized in <br />this process . These blended rates <br />are fully loaded rates (salary plus <br />benefits) and have been based <br />upon rate schedules typically <br />seen in other similar planning <br />efforts in the region. Please see <br />attached rate schedule as an <br />example of the billing rate for <br />potential personnel associated <br />with this project. Please not that <br />this table is not all inclusive of <br />individuals that may be utilized on <br />this project. It is provided as a <br />representation that the blended <br />rate is fair and reasonable.
