EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />This is a performance-based contract, in which payment to the CONTRACTOR is <br />based on the successful completion of the Scope of Work. As full compensation for <br />satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay Contractor compensation not to <br />exceed: $10,000. <br />Payment Schedule. County will pay Contractor an amount not to exceed $10,000 . <br />Contractor shall invoice County monthly, as necessary, as work and deliverables are <br />completed. Invoices shall describe the activities used in support of this Agreement in the <br />relevant month. County shall pay the undisputed portion of invoices within forty-five <br />(45) calendar days after receipt of invoice. Detailed invoices must be provided <br />regardless of the frequency of which payments are made, and must be approved by the <br />County. <br />Any work requiring additional compensation or expense shall be discussed and agreed <br />to by the County prior to incurring the additional expense. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14
