ATTACHMENT C <br />STATEMENT OF WORK <br />E911 COUNTY CONTRACT -SFY2017 <br />July 1, 2016 -June 30, 2017 <br />BASIC LEVEL OF OPERATING SERVICES <br />1. Maintenance Deliverables <br />a. The county will maintain the equipment per manufacturer's recommendations <br />b. County will complete and return to the department the equipment maintenance certification log (See <br />Attachment F) <br />54 Coordinator Salary <br />1. Operate and monitor the enhanced 911 system within the state's enhanced 911 system. <br />a . Assure 911 dialing is operational within the county. <br />2. Advisory Committee (AC) attendance -50% of scheduled AC meetings per fiscal year. <br />3. Coordinator Forum -Attend all three (3) Coordinator forums per fiscal year. <br />4. Cooperate with and freely participate in monitoring or evaluation activities by the State E911 Coordinator's <br />Office (SECO) and Auditor. <br />a . Maintenance of records for six (6) years after grant closure. <br />55 MSAG I Mapping Coordinators <br />1. Maintenance of MSAG and ALI. <br />2 . Maintenance of 911 required layers and uploading to 911 maps. <br />3. During this contract period each county will participate in any GIS dataset tests recommended by the E911 <br />Advisory Committee and approved by the SECO. <br />4. By July 30, 2016, each county will deliver to the SECO their plan and cost estimate for achieving the <br />following anticipated SFY18 deliverable: 'By July 1, 2018 each county will deliver to the state (or <br />designated vendor) a GIS data set that includes the data layers required in the Washington NG911 GIS <br />Data Standards, which have been synchronized to the MSAG, and optionally the ALI, at a 98% match rate.' <br />Note 98% accuracy is the anticipated NENA recommendation -this may change. <br />5. By June 30, 2017, each county will deliver to the state or designated vendor a GIS data set that includes <br />the data layers required in the Washington NG911 Data Standards , which has been synchronized to the <br />MSAG, and, optionally the ALI, at a 75% match rate to demonstrate their progress towards the July 1, 2018 <br />goal of 98%. <br />S6 IT Coordinator <br />1. Equipment/software (CPE, CAD, Net Clock, network, network security) <br />a. Participate in the selection and/or installation of 911 equipment. <br />2. 16 hours of training in support of systems used by 911. <br />S7 & B6 Call Receiver Salary/Benefits & Tra i ning <br />1. Time Audits will reflect 50% or more call receiver time. <br />2. The County will maintain detailed documentation that 911 staff receives initial and a minimum of 24 hours <br />of continuing annual training per Telecommunicator/Call Receiver. <br />58 Public Ed Coordinator <br />1. Participate in 50% of any scheduled state 911 Public Education meetings or forums as designated by <br />the State E911 Public Education subcommittee. <br />2. Conduct various public 911 presentations to various audiences. <br />3 . Participation in state 911 Public Education campaigns. <br />59 Training Coordinator <br />1.
