BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 -O~ I <br />TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #14 FOR <br />KITTITAS HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners authorized road improvements to the <br />Kittitas Highway Safety Improvement Project (Resolution 2014-146) in the <br />amount of$3,978,871.50; and <br />WHEREAS: Additional Costs are required for numerous bid item quantity over runs; and <br />WHEREAS: The Contractor has offered equivalent unit costs for quantity extensions; and <br />WHEREAS: The total quantity over run amounts to $196,547.84; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby approve Change Order #14 for the Kittitas <br />Highway Safety Improvements Project for the Amount of$196,547.84. <br />DATED on this 19th day of January, 2016, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Obie O'Brien, Chairman
