This <br />eliminated the need for guardrail in some areas where it was deemed unnecessary and added or <br />modified guardrail design in other areas. <br />Cost analysis: <br />The contractor offered extensions of unit costs for added labor and materials, which was <br />deemed reasonable by Public Works. <br />411 N.
