Bid packets are sent out to all <br />local businesses in order to give equal <br />opportunity. <br />Bids were opened on December 17,2015, at <br />2:00 p.m. in the Public Works Department and <br />four bids were received. Public Works <br />recommends the bids from A-1 Petroleum for <br />Schedule "A"; R.E. Powell Distributing for <br />Schedule "B" based on profit margin and A & I <br />Distributors for Schedule "C". <br />Public Works <br />Move to approve Resolution to Award the Bids <br />to furnish Petroleum and Lubricant Products for <br />2016. <br />Return one (1) original to Public Works <br />Resolution; Bid Tabs <br />Mark Cook <br />Director of Public Works
