05/15/2018 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FIRST CHOICE HEALTH NETWORK PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Approve an Agreement between First Choice Health Network, Inc. and the <br />Kittitas County Public Health Department, to allow for the billing of <br />vaccine and administration. <br /> RESOLUTION 2018-077 HOSPITAL DISTRICT #2 PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Approve Resolution No. 2018-077, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement <br />between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and the Kittitas <br />County Hospital District #2 for Community Health Outreach Services. <br /> AGREEMENT DEPT.
