ATTACHMENT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Funding is provided for the following activities and deliverables: <br />WISE and/or third party consultant shall provide job development and marketing <br />training to Kittitas County employment providers. The job development training <br />will focus on team goals, field work, and follow up on progress and products. <br />Projects to include hands-on instruction and field work. Cost is $1650 per day for <br />training including two separate days of training. Maximum cost for trainings is <br />$3,300.00 <br />a. Deliverable: Completed sign in sheets for training attendees, and copies <br />of class assignments including employer testimonials and employer <br />referral per classroom participant. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 <br />
