(4) DSHS will take appropriate remedial measures up to termination of this Contract. <br />10. Miscellaneous Provisions. <br />a. Regulatory References. A reference in this Contract to a section in the HIPAA Rules <br />means the section as in effect or amended. <br />b. Interpretation. Any ambiguity in this Contract shall be interpreted to permit <br />compliance with the HIPAA Rules. <br />11. Insurance. <br />a. DSHS certifies that it is self-insured under the State's self-insurance liability program, <br />as provided by RCW 4.92.130, and shall pay for losses for which it is found liable. <br />The Contractor certifies that it is self-insured or insured through a risk pool and shall <br />pay for losses for which it is found liable. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 27 <br />
