The SolarWinds® performance monitors are highly <br />configurable to provide real-time monitoring, event notification, alert history and <br />statistical information. An alarm condition creates immediate visual alerts and <br />email notifications. <br />Performance and Stability <br />The eMessaging platform and network are continuously monitored and evaluated <br />for performance and stability. Securus performs regularly scheduled preventative <br />maintenance to all of its production eMessaging systems as well as implements <br />new software enhancements as they become available. These activities are <br />controlled by a production change control review group. Additionally, Securus <br />change control practices have been reviewed and are compliant with Sarbanes <br />Oxley. All eMessaging platform systems are located in professionally managed and <br />staffed carrier-class data centers that meet or exceed the Telecommunications <br />Industry Association’s (TIA) standard number 942 for Tier IV (highest availability) <br />data centers. <br />eMessaging Storage and Security <br />eMessages and photos are stored in Securus’ centralized Disaster-Resistant Carrier- <br />Class Data Centers located in Dallas and Atlanta. The Data Centers house <br />commercial-grade, high-performance systems built to the latest technology <br />standards. These centers manage all of the hardware and software controlling the <br />messaging platform. They are managed under the direct supervision and <br />immediate hands-on maintenance by trained data center personnel. In addition, all <br />equipment used to store eMessages and photos are monitored by the Securus’ fully <br />staffed Network Operations Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a <br />year. <br />The Securus Data Centers are carrier-class data center that haves some of the most <br />comprehensive security measures in the telecommunications industry. Multiple <br />layers of security control physical access to the Securus network facilities. <br /> <br />
