If there is a check in the ‘Delivered’ column the message <br />has been delivered. If no checkmark, the message either has not yet been <br />approved or has been rejected. <br />o If a customer inquiries about this the rep can direct them to view their <br />eMessaging inbox to see if they received a rejection notification to know for <br />sure.
