An eMessage is one stamp; if the user <br />wants to purchase a reply from the inmate the check the box at the bottom which will <br />charge a 2nd stamp. If user wants to send a photo, they can do this by using a photo they <br />have taken from their mobile device with a camera or choose from photos in their gallery. <br /> <br />If their message is rejected they will receive a rejection message back in their eMessaging <br />inbox stating the reason for the rejection. <br />
