© Securus Technologies, Inc. - Proprietary & Confidential Securus Technologies, Inc. | 28 <br />Inmate Filter System <br />This tool enables facility staff to place inmate on a watch list, which routes all messages to <br />‘Security’. <br /> <br /> <br />The inmate ‘Bond’ below is currently not on a watch list as the ‘Mail Watch List Status’ is <br />‘Inactive’. <br /> <br /> <br />User clicks the ‘+Add’ button to add an inmate to a watch list. <br />The next screen allows the status to change to ‘Active’ on the watch list and list a reason for <br />the status change. The destination mail bucket should always be set to ‘Security’ so that all <br />messages to this inmate automatically route to the Security’ bucket for review.
