Exhibit K <br />Partnerships For Success (PFS) <br />Carryover Funds for NPN Conference Support <br />Carryover ending: September 29, 2017 <br />This Exhibit add funds in the amount of $0 to attend the National Prevention Network Conference as outlined in <br />the approved application. <br />Training to support registration and lodging costs only following state travel reimbursement guidelines and <br />rates stated in Section 4. c. (3). <br />Contractor will bill on an A-19 and call out PFS Carryover as the funding source in the program description. <br />Bill for training as stated in Section 4. c.
