SEPA <br />1. The H ak Planned Unit Develo ment submitted an original SEPA and was ublished and <br />received comments in 1993/94. Due to the comments received the Plannin o De artment <br />directed the a licant to revise the SEPA checklist addressin all concerns. The a licant <br />revised the SEPA checklist and resubmitted to the Plannin De artment. The Planning <br />De artment issued a SEPA Determination of Non-Si nificance and with no a eals filed.
