**TERMINATION OF LEASE** <br />This Termination of Lease is made and dated this 1 st day of May, 2018, by and between <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor, and <br />CHARLIE ROBERTSON, hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease on August 1, 2010, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />That Lessee has failed to adhere to the terms of said lease, specifically chronic Failure to <br />Promptly Pay Rent and Rules and Regulations for T -Hangar 48. <br />That Lessor exercises said rights to terminate the attached lease as stated in the lease <br />terms. <br />THEREFORE, Lessor hereby terminates the attached lease of August 1, 2010, as of April <br />11, 2018, and Lessee terminates all interest in the property, which is the subject matter of said <br />lease. <br />Dated on this I" day of May, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Obie O'Brien, Vice -Chairman <br />Paul Jewell, Commissioner <br />
