3/30/2018 1501 Grant Application - Formstack <br />https://waspc.formstack.com/forms/1501_grant_application 1/5 <br />Agency Name:* <br />Agency Mailing <br />Address * <br />City <br /> <br />State <br />ZIP Code <br />County:* <br />SHB 1501 Grant Program <br />The Washington State Legislature, via SHB 1501, provided $150,000 in grant funding to local law <br />enforcement agencies to conduct criminal investigations regarding persons who illegally attempted <br />to purchase or transfer ×rearms within their jurisdiction. WASPC will reimburse agencies $500 per <br />case investigated. The grant cycle is through June 30, 2018. Funds are state pass-through funds, <br />through the Washington Criminal Justice Training Commission. Grants will be available on a ×rst <br />come, ×rst serve basis. <br /> <br />By early June, if WASPC has not distributed all of the funds, we will review previously submitted <br />grant applications and award additional funds where the expense to agencies exceeded the <br />previously awarded amount. <br /> <br />WASPC may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Grant or withhold payments claimed by the Grantee <br />if the Grantee fails to satisfactorily comply with any term or condition of this Grant. <br /> <br />Please direct any questions to Steven Briggs, NCA, at sbriggs@waspc.org or 360-486-2389. <br />Agency Information <br /> Powered by Formstack Create your own form ›
