This Agreement, and the Policies and the quote provided by <br />Axon, represents the entire agreement between the Parties. This Agreement <br />supersedes all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, <br />agreements, or communications between the Parties, whether written or verbal, <br />regarding the subject matter of this Agreement. No modification or amendment <br />of any portion of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by <br />the Parties to this Agreement. If Axon provides a translation of the English <br />language version of this Agreement, the English language version of the <br />Agreement will control if there is any conflict. <br /> <br />24.16 Counterparts. If this Agreement form requires the signatures of the Parties, then <br />this Agreement may be executed by electronic signature in multiple counterparts, <br />each of which is considered an original. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be duly executed.
