May be a narrative <br />[l explaining how each EHP condition was met in accordance with all required permits and <br />applicable building codes as modified or protected by the approved project. A blanket <br />certification statement will not fulfill this requirement. <br />[� Treatment plans for each property. <br />II Site specific handling of any Endangered Species, Migratory Bird Act, and/or wetland issues. <br />List of properties treated, with ownership, lot/block/subdivision, tax lot, and digital lat-long <br />coordinates for each structure with an accuracy of ± 20 meters (64) feet. <br />II Post-treatment photos of each property or group of properties, if small parcels. <br />n Certificate of occupancy or equivalent documentation from the appropriate regulatory <br />authority for each structure to certify it is code -compliant. <br />
