List of properties treated, with ownership, lot/block/subdivision, tax lot, and digital lat-long coordinates for each structure with an accuracy of ± 20 meters (64) feet. II Post-treatment photos of each property or group of properties, if small parcels. n Certificate of occupancy or equivalent documentation from the appropriate regulatory authority for each structure to certify it is code -compliant.
