BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - <br />ADOPTING ALL OF N. SUNNYVIEW LANE AND THE REMAINING <br />PORTION OF N. MIDDLECREST DRIVE ONTO THE KITTITAS COUNTY <br />ROAD SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS: The Currier Creek Estates Division 3 (final plat) was approved on October <br />18, 2017 and located in Sections 27, T.18N, R.18E, W.M.; and <br />WHEREAS: On October 5, 2017 the Department of Public Works received an <br />electronic mail from Rhoda Crispin, Legal Assistant for F. Steven <br />Lathrop, Attorney at Law requesting that the County accept N. Sunnyview <br />Lane and the remaining portion of N. Middlecrest Drive onto the county <br />road system; and <br />WHEREAS: Part of N. Middlecrest Drive, a total length of 0.083 miles, beginning at <br />West Sunnyview Lane (Milepost 0.00) to West Peakview Drive (Milepost <br />0.083) has been built and inspected and meets Kittitas County and City of <br />Ellensburg Road Standards; and <br />WHEREAS: W. Sunnyview Lane, a total length of 0.19 miles, beginning at W. <br />Peakview Drive (Milepost 0.00) to N. Sunnyview Lane (Milepost 0.19) <br />has been built and inspected and meets Kittitas County and City of <br />Ellensburg Road Standards; and <br />WHEREAS: N. Sunny View Lane, a total length of 0.132, beginning at W. Sunnyview <br />Lane (Milepost 0.00) to W. Creeksedge Way (Milepost 0.132) has been <br />built and inspected and meets Kittitas County and City of Ellensburg Road <br />Standards; and <br />WHEREAS: Resolution 2006-175 committed to bringing the remaining internal roads <br />serving Currier Creek Estates onto the County public road system when <br />completed and accepted by Public Works; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />in the best interest of the public, does hearby adopt all of W. Sunnyview <br />Lane (Milepost 0.00 to Milepost 0.19) and N. Sunnyview Lane (Milepost <br />0.00 to Milepost 0.132) and the remaining portion of N. Middlecrest Drive <br />(Milepost 0.00 to Milepost 0.083) onto the Kittitas County Road System. <br />
