Other activities agreed to by the Parties from time -to -time. <br />b. Develop and implement an external public relations campaign to promote the <br />County's events, attractions, facilities and destinations. <br />c. Represent Kittitas County and the Central Washington Color marketing <br />campaign at regional trade shows. Provide booth design and materials, including <br />booth set up, delivery, and removal, and provide adequate and appropriate staffing <br />for the duration of the trade show. Representation will include the following trade <br />shows: Washington Sportsman's Show, Northwest Flower and Garden Show, Big <br />Horn Outdoor Show, Seattle Bike Show, and the Washington State Snowmobile <br />Association. <br />5. Administration <br />a. Participate in the County's Lodging Tax Advisory Committee meetings. <br />b. Submit a monthly account of expenses incurred. <br />c. Obtain, analyze and apply data related to tourism activities in such a manner as <br />to aid the review of the effectiveness of the County tourism development efforts. <br />d. Submit quarterly reports to the County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee about <br />services completed and the state and effectiveness of tourism promotion efforts. <br />As requested, but at least twice a year, present such reports in person to the Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />e. Provide training and support for applicants to the County -wide Consolidated <br />Lodging Tax Grant Application process. <br />f. Provide training and support for committee members participating in the County- <br />wide Consolidated Lodging Tax Grant Application process. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 15 <br />
