SCJ Alliance <br /> Attachment A – Scope of Work <br />Kittitas County Critical Areas Ordinance Update February 6, 2018 <br />Amendment #1 Page 2 <br /> 25% complete <br />Current Status <br /> Review and incorporate public comments with assistance from County. <br />Budget adjustment $5,000 <br /> Public Meetings <br /> Attend up to five (5) public meetings including Planning Commission meetings and <br />Board of County Commissioners meetings. <br /> Provide testimony and answer technical questions during meetings. <br /> Maximum of two (2) staff will attend each meeting. <br />Budget adjustment $8,000 <br /> <br />TOTAL Amendment: $17,500 <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br /> Review and incorporation of new comments will be restricted only to those comments <br />that indicate the currently proposed draft CAO is not consistent with current <br />Washington RCWs or policies. No major rewrite of the existing draft is anticipated. <br /> SCJ staff will attend the hearing for the proposed CAO when it is presented to the <br />Kittitas County Commissioners for adoption. <br /> Preparation of staff reports before the Board of Commissioners and routing to <br />Washington Department of Commerce will be completed by Kittitas County. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SCOPE OF SERVICE
