County Engineer <br />DATE: February 2, 2018 <br />SUBJECT: Your Canyon for a Day Special Event Application <br />After review of the application for the "Your Canyon for a Day Special Event' Public Works <br />recommends the applicant issues advanced notification of the event in the Daily Rec:(,)rd two <br />weeks in advance in conjunction to the 48 hour advanced road closure sign posting to inform the <br />traveling public. <br />The applicant indicates that the Washington State Patrol, Yakima Police Department, The Blue <br />Knights, YC Rangers, and the Yakima Sheriffs Office will provide patrol services and traffic <br />control.
