If personal property abruptly falls down or caves in and such collapse is not the result of collapse of a building; we will pay for loss to Covered Propetty caused by such collapse of personal property only if: (1) The collapse was caused by a cause of loss listed in Paragraphs b.(1) through b.(4) of this Exten- sion Of Coverage; 4. SECTION I — CONDITIONS is amended as follows.- a. ollows: a. The last pafagjaph under Paragraph 1.b. Appraisal does not apply. b. Paragraph 2.b. is replaced by the following: b. Mortgageholders Insurance Commissioner's Regula- tion No. 335MIAC284-21-010 re- quires that Form 372 (Ed. 11-501 Or Form 438 BFU (Ed. 5-42) be an- dofsed on this policy to. replace this Mortgageholders Condition. 5. Paragraph 15.b. of SECTION I — DEFINI- TIONS is replaced by the following: b. Volcanic actlon. (1) Means accidental direct physical loss resulting frons the eruption of a volcano when the loss is caused by: (a) Airborne volcanic blast or air- borne shock waves; or (b) Ash, dust or particulate matter. (2) Does not provide coverage for damage to: (a) Land; CMP -4247 1 Page 2 of 5 (b) Property in the open or in open sheds -,or (c) Portions of 4.uildings not com- pletefy enclosed, or personal property contained within those buildings. (3) Loss, as described above, includes the cost to: (a) Remove the ash, dust or par- ticulate matter from the interior and exterior surfaces of the covered building; and (b) Clean equipment and stock. If stock cannot be returned to its state before the volcanic erup- tion, the measure of loss will be the reduction in actual cash value. Payment for removal applies only to the initial deposit of ash, dust or particulate matter following a vol- canic eruption. Subsequent de- posits arising from the movements of volcanic dust or ash by wind or other means are not covered. (4) Does not include loss caused by, resulting from, contributed to or aggravated by: (a) Fire; (b) Explosion; (c) Flood, surface water, waves, tides, tidal waves, tsunami, seiche, overflow of any body of water, or their spray, all whether driven by wind or not; or (d) Earth movement, as des&be d in Paragraph 1.b. of SECTION I — EXCLUSIONS. 6. Throughout SECTION I, the term "vehi- cles" rneans vehicles running on land or tracks, bul not aircfaft, B. SECTION II is amended as follows: 1.
