0 <br />ALKittitas County <br />Public Health <br />Department <br />Memo <br />To: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />From: Kittitas County Public Health Department, Tristen Lamb, Environmental Health Supervisor <br />Date: February 26, 2018 <br />RE: 2018 ABATE of Washington Spring Opener <br />After receiving additional information from the applicant regarding bathroom facilities, and if the <br />information stated in the application by the organization for the "ABATE of Washington Spring Opener" <br />event is true, accurate, and there is stewardship in following through with such statements then the <br />applicant, Lyle Coyle, has at this time met the requirements of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department. <br />Please note the following: <br />• Food Safety and Service <br />o Vendors must submit applications for food service permits. Please allow at least 2 weeks <br />prior to the event to complete the permitting process. <br />o Applications for food service permits must be submitted within two weeks of the first <br />day of the event or a 40% late fee will apply. <br />o Applications and information can be found at <br />https://www.co,kittitas.wa.us/health/serviceslfood.ast .
