42) The recreational vehicle park and the campground shall not be for public use <br />43) Recreational vehicle stays within the recreational vehicle park shall not exceed the time limits <br />set forth in the Kittitas County Code. <br />44) Stays within the campground shall not exceed the time limits set forth in the Kittitas County <br />Code. <br />45) The Development Agreement shall set forth adequate reporting requirements between the <br />applicant and the county as to member vehicle stays within the recreational vehicle <br />campground park and the campground. If satisfactory reporting provisions are not set forth <br />within the Development Agreement, then stays within the recreational vehicle park and <br />campground shall be limited to April 1 through September 30 each year. In the alternative, if <br />said reporting procedures cannot be agreed upon in the Developer Agreement, then the <br />portion of the conditional use permit related to recreational vehicle storage should be denied. <br />46) All approvals for the Planned Unit Development, plat and conditional use shall be considered <br />null and void in the event a Developer Agreement satisfactory to the county is not timely <br />finalized. <br />Dated this 24th day of October, 2017. <br />KITTIT LINTY RING EXAMINER <br />AVewL.
