BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2017-_______ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE THE SALES ORDER WITH PALADIN DATA SYSTEMS CORPORATION <br />AND TO AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN’S SIGNATURE ON THE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />FOR PHASE II IMPLEMENTATION OF SMARTGOV <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2016-093, adopted on July 19, 2016, the Board of County <br />Commissioners, awarded the bid for permit tracking software to Paladin Data <br />Systems Corporation and authorized signature on the terms of service <br />agreement for Phase I implementation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Phase II, the sales order, governed by the SMARTGOV Service Level Agreement and <br />the Professional Service Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference, has been reviewed and approved; and <br />WHEREAS, authorization is required by the Board of County of Commissioner to complete the <br />final phase, Phase II; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, hereby authorizes execution of the sales order with Paladin Data <br />Systems Corporation. <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2017, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> Paul Jewell, Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />☐ Clerk of the Board, Julie Kjorsvik <br />☐ Deputy Clerk of the Board, Mandy Buchholz <br /> Obie O’Brien, Commissioner <br />
