Impacts of the current proposal are <br />most similar to those identified in Alternatives 3D and 5. The FEIS suggests project <br />contribution to increased District costs. Such contributions can be made a condition of a <br />Development Agreement. The applicant shall contact Easton School District and develop <br />mitigation measures.
