<br /> 29 <br /> <br /> 30.2.2 Fire hydrants shall be included as per fire district design standards. <br /> <br /> 30.2.3 Development shall comply with KCC Title 20 Fire and Life Safety, including <br /> the International WUI Code defensible space requirements. <br /> <br /> 30.2.4 Non-combustible areas immediately adjacent to buildings shall be required. <br /> <br />30.2.5 The FEIS identified public fire education programs, and additional equipment to <br />mitigate Fire and Medical Response impacts associated with the project. Project <br />contribution to these measures is identified in the FEIS. Such contributions can be <br />made a condition of a Development Agreement, with amounts identified appropriate to <br />the 89 unit current proposal. The applicant shall to contact the Kittitas Valley Fire <br />District to determine appropriate mitigation measures. Mitigation measures shall be <br />included in the development agreement. <br /> <br />30.3 Schools <br /> <br />The FEIS examines impacts to the Easton School District. Impacts of the current proposal are <br />most similar to those identified in Alternatives 3D and 5. The FEIS suggests project <br />contribution to increased District costs. Such contributions can be made a condition of a <br />Development Agreement. The applicant shall contact Easton School District and develop <br />mitigation measures. Mitigation measures shall be included in the development agreement. <br /> <br />31) Utilities <br /> <br />31.1 Sewer <br /> <br />31.1.1 Residential lots will be served by an On-site septic system. <br /> <br />31.1.2 The RV Complex shall be served with a Large On-Site Septic System designed to DOH <br />standards with oversight by DOH /Satellite Management. <br /> <br />31.1.3 Prior to any development on the steeper eastern slopes, a sewage disposal master plan <br />shall be submitted to Kittitas County Environmental Health. <br /> <br />31.2 Stormwater Management <br /> <br />31.2.1 Stormwater plans submitted to CDS shall depict design standards showing pervious <br />construction methods with a focus on retention and infiltration. <br /> <br />31.2.2 Development shall comply with the Ecology Stormwater Management module Eastern <br />Washington. <br /> <br />31.3 Electric Utilities <br /> <br />31.3.1 The plat map shall include the following note: <br />
