Statement of qualifications: <br />The Daily Record meets all requirements for publication of legal notices as spelled out in <br />RCW 65.16.620. The newspaper is published daily, in English and has a general <br />circulation within Kittitas County. It has published in the county since 1909, and contains <br />news of general interest.
