Please look it over and respond to my email with approval so <br />that I may attach it to the application form. <br />If you have any questions please call me. <br />Thanks so much for your helpl <br />Carol <br />Manastash Metric Bike Ride <br />October 6, 2018 <br />Trash and recycling plan for the event <br />TRASH <br />Trash cans will be provided for us at Mt. Stuart Elementary School, our staging area for the event. They also provide a <br />dumpster. Garbage cans are provided for us at St. John the Baptist Church in Cie Elum as well. Trash at both locations <br />being taken care by school and church staff. <br />We will be providing all of our other rest stops along the route with heavy duty trash bags. Trash bags will be hauled <br />back to school and placed in their dumpster, by ride SAG wagons and rest stop managers. <br />All rest stop areas will have portable restrooms and they will be kept clean by ride volunteers to avoid trash build up. <br />Volunteers will wear disposable gloves when handling trash and garbage. Disinfectant wipes and sanitary gel is <br />provided at each rest stop for volunteers and riders. <br />RECYCLING <br />We promote and encourage recycling at all of our events. The school and church have recycling containers and will <br />take care of these items to be recycled. We will provide the other rest stop locations with boxes and bags for items to <br />
