This event covers several jurisdictions and there will be No road <br />closures. <br />I recommend approving this event based on the following criteria. <br />1. Local advertisement of event and detours in the local paper (NKC Tribune and <br />Daily record) two week in advance to inform the traveling public of the upcoming <br />event. <br />2. All traffic control personnel shall have current traffic control certification. <br />3.
