4. Do you know whether applications are pending for governmental
approvals of other proposals directly affecting the property covered by your
proposal? If yes, explain.
The subject property was recommended for inclusion into the Ellensburg
UGA by the city of Ellensburg. The expansion of the Ellensburg UGA has
been approved through the Kittitas County Comprehensive Plan
amendment process of 2006. There is also a Notice of Intent to annex this
property in the City limits of Ellensburg and is currently going through the
process.
5. List any government approvals or permits that will be needed for your
proposal, if known.
As part of this plat proposal there is the possibility of access permits, building
permits etc. needed from Kittitas County.
It is the intent for this proposal to be served with urban services from the City
of Ellensburg through an outside utility agreement.
If an outside utility extension agreement cannot be reached with the City of
Ellensburg then there could possibly be individual or community septic
approvals needed from Kittitas County Environmental Health Department or
the WA State Department of Health. Also the possibility of getting permits for
a Group A Water system through the WA State Department of Health and
from the WA State Dept. of Ecology. There also could be the need for a Class A
Reclaimed Water facility issued by both the Department of Health and the
Department of Ecology.
A stormwater permit would be required by the WA Dept. of Ecology.
B.
