Kittitas County Weed District #4 <br />1880 Hamilton Road, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Board of Directors: Well Bartsma and Rich Wilkins <br />February 29, 2016 <br />Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />205 W 5th Ave., Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926-2887 <br />To The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners, <br />There is currently a vacancy on the Kittitas County Weed District #4 Board of Directors but a <br />qualified landowner within the district, Douglas Gibb, has volunteered to serve as a director on <br />the board. <br />The directors of Kittitas County Weed District #4 respectfully request that the Kittitas County <br />Commissioners, as described in RCW 17.04.070, appoint Douglas Gibb to fill the vacancy on the <br />Weed District #4 Board for the unexpired term of office, which is due to expire March 7, 2017. <br />Chapter 17.04 RCW WEED DISTRICTS <br />Section 17.04.070 Meetings—Qualifications of electors and directors—Elections—Officers—Bonds— <br />Terms of office—Vacancies—Rules and regulations. <br />Paragraph 7 - All directors shall hold office for the term for which they are elected, and until their <br />successors are elected and qualified.
