BADGER METER <br />Badger Meter BEACON AMA MANAGED SOLUTION <br />%. MASTER AGREEMENT <br />employees commensurate with the employee's position and level of access to the <br />Facilities. Badger Meter will not permit an employee to have access to the non-public <br />Customer Content or perform material aspects of the Service if such employee has <br />failed to pass such background check. <br />2. Continued Evaluation. Badger Meter will conduct periodic reviews of the security of its Badger <br />Meter Network and adequacy of its information security program as measured against industry <br />security standards and its policies and procedures. Badger Meter will continually evaluate the <br />security of its Badger Meter Network and associated Service to determine whether additional or <br />different security measures are required to respond to new security risks or findings generated <br />by the periodic reviews. <br />3. Customer Responsibilities. System security is a shared responsibility between Badger Meter <br />and Customer. Customer shall assign a systems service administrator to be responsible for <br />establishing access and usage policies. Customer shall develop commercially reasonable policies <br />and procedures to insure physical security, establishing account access approvals and <br />procedures, conduct regular reviews of access rights, and provide security awareness training <br />for staff using the Service. The administrator shall also be responsible for policies and <br />procedures related to Authorized Consumers access to their individual data resident on the <br />Network. <br />245494477 DOCX 150926 <br />©2015 Badger Meter, Inc.
