BADGER METER <br />Badger Meter BEACON AMA MANAGED SOLUTION <br />• MASTER AGREEMENT <br />If Customer suspects that the Monthly Billing Data Service Promise has not been met for a particular <br />Billing Cycle, (a) Customer shall notify Badger Meter, in writing, within twenty-four (24) hours of <br />the occurrence, via email (techsulport@badgermeter.com) of the Count of Billing Reads and Count of <br />Total Billing Cycle of managed solution endpoints; (b) the specific time and date when the billing <br />read file was generated. <br />Service Credits <br />If Badger Meter fails to meet the Monthly Billing Data Service Promise, the following Service Credits <br />apply: <br />% of Successful Billing <br />Reads in the Applicable <br />Billing Cycle <br />Service Credit <br />(% of monthly recurring <br />fees <br />>_97.0% <br />0% <br />>_95.0% and <97.0% <br />5% <br />>_90.0% and <95.0% <br />10% <br />1:590.0% <br />25% <br />©2015 Badger Meter, Inc.
