Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5`h Suite 108 Ellensburg, WA. 98926 OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER BID 2016 The Daily Record is pleased to submit this bid to contract as the official county newspaper for Kittitas County for the term of one year commencing July 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017: • Legal Advertising, based on a 6 column format: $8.65 per column inch. • Display Advertising, based on a 6 column format: $7.55 per column inch. (Note: The display rate pertains to advertising placed in the news section of the newspaper, which could include (but is not limited to) special primary and general election notices.) • Number of days from notification by the city for publication of legal notices: 11 a.m., 2 working days prior. In emergency cases or special circumstances, that deadline may be amended. • Affidavits are provided with all notices. If awarded this contract, we will be happy to furnish a performance bond in the sum of $10,000 and follow the additional requirements as set forth in the contract agreement.
