Kittitas County collected a total of 9818 gallons in 2015. Quantities listed are <br />estimates. <br />Unit (column D.): Unit of measure by which Unit Price shall be based on. <br />WTI Daily Average (column E.): West Texas Intermediate index, Daily Average pricing <br />Posted on the 10th day of the previous month; for the purpose of this Proposal, pricing <br />will be based off of December 10, 2015. <br />(+/-) Percent of WTI Paid to County (column F.): A percent either greater or less than <br />the WTI amount that is calculated <br />with Column E. to determine the Unit Price in Column G.
