Permanent stormwater management systems serving property within the shoreline shall be <br />designed using BMP’s ensuring water quality treatment in compliance with the Stormwater <br />Management Manual for Eastern Washington to prevent stormwater runoff from degrading <br />or adding to the pollution of recipient waters or adjacent properties.
