One hundred (100) feet (measured horizontally) from the ordinary high water mark or line of <br />vegetation for lots abutting the shorelines or floodplains under the jurisdiction of the Washington <br />State Shoreline Management Act; <br />1. One hundred (100) feet (measured horizontally) from the ordinary high water mark or line of <br />vegetation for lots fronting on reservoirs including Keechelus, Cle Elum, Kachess, and Easton <br />Lakes and Wanapum reservoir; <br />2. One hundred (100) feet (measured horizontally) from the ordinary high water mark or line of <br />vegetation for all such structures constructed or placed on other streams, including intermittent <br />streams, which are not regulated under the Shoreline Management Act.
