KITTITAS COUNTY AND <br />THE KITTITAS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />FOR MANAGING THE PRE-DISASTER MITIGATION GRANT <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT-AMENDMENT-A <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND <br />THE KITTITAS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />FOR MANAGING THE PRE-DISASTER MITIGATION GRANT <br /> <br /> <br />The agreement was made and entered into on the 15th day of April, 2015, between KITTITAS COUNTY, <br />(“Sub-grantee”) a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and the KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CONSERVATION DISTRICT (“the District”) a political subdivision of the State of Washington. Both <br />entities may be refereed to this agreement collectively as “Parties” or individually as “Party”. <br /> <br />The purpose of this Amendment is to revise the TERM OF THE AGREEMENT, which is revised from <br />an end date of January 9, 2016 to January 9, 2017, and to include a revised project development <br />schedule, Exhibit A, and to include Exhibit B. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A of the original Agreement Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant is revised to change the <br />performance end date and replace the original PROJECT DEVLOPMENT SCHEDULE with the <br />REVISED PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B of the original Agreement Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant Budget remains the same. <br /> <br />All other items in the original overall agreement remain unchanged. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the above and foregoing Interlocal Agreement has been executed in <br />duplicate by the parties hereto and made effective on the day and year first above written: <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />2211 W.
