Severability: If any term or condition of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person(s) or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other terms, conditions or applications which can be given effect without the invalid term, condition or application. To this end, the terms and conditions of this Agreement are declared severable. 18. This Agreement, and Attachment "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as fully as if set forth herein, is the entire agreement of the parties and shall not be modified except by a written agreement signed by each party, and affixed hereto as an amendment to this original agreement.
