Please submit this information_ as soon as possible for review by Kittitas County_
Public Health Department.
The ABATE of Washington State Coordinator, Lyle Coyle, will also need to supply a list of food vendors
once it has been finalized. To date we have
not received any applications for the above mentioned event.
Therefore, contingent upon the issuance of a temporary food permit and detailed map submitted for
bathroom and garbage facilities, the applicant will have met all the requirements of the Kittitas County
Public Health Department prior to the date of the event including:
• Temporary Food Service
• Bathroom Facilities
• Garbage Disposal
Should you need additional assistance or have further questions please don't hesitate to contact me at
962-7515.
cc: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk for the Kittitas County Commissioners Office
Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk for the Kittitas County Commissioners Office
