Section 4. Transmittal to Auditor. A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be transmitted <br />to the Kittitas County Assessor's Office and to the Clerk of the Kittitas County Commissioners, and <br />such other governmental agencies as provided by law. <br />Section 5. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should <br />be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or <br />unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance. <br />Section 6. Corrections. Upon the approval of the City Attorney, the City Clerk and the <br />codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but <br />not limited to, the correction of scrivener's errors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection <br />numbers and any references thereto. <br />Section 7. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifically <br />delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days <br />after passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof consisting of the title. <br />The foregoing ordinance was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the <br />16th day of November, 2015. <br />Mayor <br />Attest: �.C. <br />City Clerk <br />Approved as to form: <br />City Attorney <br />Publish: November 19, 2015 <br />I, Coreen M.
