These digitized recordings will <br />then be available for public use and access via our library's institutional digital repository, ScholarWorks. <br />NEED <br />What are the problems/challenges that this project will address in relation to historic <br />preservation? <br />The tapes mentioned above face both physical degradation because of age and format <br />obsolescence (reel-to-reel audio tape is no longer used).
