BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 - <br />TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #5 FOR <br />THE TEANAWAY PAVING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners authorized road improvements to <br />Teanaway Road (Resolution 2015-104) in the amount of $3,000,300.00; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Additional Costs are required for added and altered guard rail per the <br />revised contract plans; and <br />WHEREAS: The Contractor has offered unit price extensions for each; and <br />WHEREAS: It has been determined that the Change Order Total is $133,228.32.
